Sit in an upright position. You can either sit on the floor in Lotus, half-Lotus crossleg or seiza (sitting on your heels) position. For supporting your spine, use a cushion, also called zafuton.

You may also use a chair, there were you sit right now, in front of your computer. When using a chair, don’t lean back, sit upright, knees should be 90º, feet just flat on the floor.

Sitting up right straight is important. Now when you sit, put your active hand, usually the right one, into your passive hand, thumbs touch easily. Relax. Start scanning your body, relax every part consciously.

Relax your eyeballs, breath. Watch your body breathing in, breathing out, thoughts coming, thoughts going. Just observe

When realizing, you start serving tee or getting entangled with our thoughts, just acknowledge, it is like this now and gently return back to observing without judgement.

The breath can be used as anchor, body breathing in one, body breathing out one, from one - ten, from ten - one.

Repeat like for each second in 30 minutes, observe; Regularity, daily practice is the key to get a glimpse of emptiness
